在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上,宣告将制造续篇。2018年12月22日在周年事念运动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣告新作品OVA制造决议。OVA于2019年6月14日在戏院上映,题目为「Fate/kale id liner 邪术美女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm」（neta自Carnival Phantasm）,共63分钟,为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞喜剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日出售。片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的情势宣告续作决议。

Keanu Reeves的电影《疾速追杀 John Wick》成为了热门系列（第三部已定于19年上映），而系列导演Chad Stahelski在过去给该剧开发衍生剧项目《大陆酒店 The Continental》，顾名思义背景就是两片中皆有出现的中立杀手酒店。 　　现确定Starz拿下这部剧集，由Chris Collins负责执笔﹑Chad Stahelski执导首集；至于电影主演Keanu Reeves自然不可能来当主演，不过电视台表示他会在剧中露一下面。
