Together with her father, a 17-year-old girl takes care of her mentally and physically severely disabled sister. This is becoming increasingly exhausting, as she has to sacrifice her own life and dreams. Emotions get out of control and love may easily turn into hate. How to live such a life? The lead actors of the film, Diane Rouxel and Jeanne Cohendy, have just shared the Best Actress Award at the Saint-Jean-de-Luz Film Festival in France. 北京卫视打造的国内全新模式的医疗纪实节目《生命缘》在京召开新闻发布会，据了解，《生命缘》即将于7月26日起在北京卫视周六晚间黄金档21点08分开播，一季共10期节目。是由北京卫视《身边》团队制作，由纪实拍摄的手法，24小时真实记录北京的医院里正在发生的真人真事，每期节目都会将镜头聚焦于北京的一家医院。据介绍，节目将会以协和、儿童、妇产等医院为据点，聚焦高难病例，记录生死最前沿人性的多面性，力争还原真实的医患关系。此前，也曾有同类题材的节目因为呈现的内容太过真实，而引起了很大的争议。对此，《生命缘》剧组表示，这档节目虽然力图真实客观地呈现事实，但对于写实的血腥镜头会有所回避。至于拍摄尺度的拿捏问题，节目制片人坦言会充分尊重当事人的意见，还会和医院签订合同，但即使这样仍然有很多患者家属拒绝节目的播出，《生命缘》拍摄素材的废片率高达50%。据介绍，《生命缘》是首个将医疗纪实节目的触角延伸到急诊室、抢救室、手术室等处的纪实片；在真人纪实类节目中没有编剧、没有导演、没有做秀，呈现的全部是医院里真人真事；首次在医疗纪实节目中使用医疗直升机全景拍摄；首次采用医院内多角度的监控镜头；首次将GPRO（吸盘式摄像机）安装在急救车、抢救室、待产室等场景。北京电视台副总编辑徐滔也首次做出回应：“现在的节目，作秀的太多，假故事也太多，观众已经不想再看催人泪下的假故事了，我们所做的，没有彩排没有干扰，只是将它真实的反应出来，我们拍摄的故事中有奇迹也有失望，我们不会刻意的表达些什么，只是站在一个最客观的角度告诉大家，手术室里面医生是怎样努力地抢救，手术室外家属是怎样焦急的等待，这样的记录也能一定程度上的改善我们医患关系。因为我们现在的医疗环境大不如前，所以说医务人员更需要我们的理解。
