整艘船都笼罩在这种朦胧的绿光下，船和船上的人员从甲板上开始逐渐消失，直到只看得见该船
的水位线为止，结果这艘船舰和船上的官兵竟然“消失”了一段时间。
据报道，这艘驱逐舰后来不断在弗吉尼亚州的诺福克出现、消失，也许那儿就是该船消失后的去
处，而且，事隔多年，当年在舰上参与试验的人员，还常常在街上、酒吧、饭店等地突然消失而

后在诺福克码头出现，然后再回到费城海军造船厂。这段期间内显然进行过好几次实验，至少有
一次是在码头旁，而最令人激动的一幕则发生在海上。
有些人认为，这个试验应在21、22世纪，人类科学更发达的时候再来进行，因为20世纪的人
类虽然有能力制造强大的人工磁场进行试验，却没有能力去预测或应付接下来的结果。当然，很
多人将“费城试验”与百慕达三角的神秘失踪事件联想在一起，认为强大的磁场，可以将人类和物
质引向另一个空间。这是一种时空转换的现象。现在很难证实“费城试验”是否真的进行过。然而
这个试验是有重大意义的，爱因斯坦的“统一磁场”理论也许正一直暗示并支持着这观念，它企图
逻辑地将磁场、重力场以及其他次原子现象综合在一起。如果把这个理论应用在费城试验和百慕
达三角的现象，我们发现，分子间的吸引力可以暂时地被力场改变，而将物质引向另一度空间，
或所谓的“以太世界”里去。如果这个理论是不可能或是不符合逻辑的，那我们可以回想一下，在
