臺灣電影網当积雪完全融化后，关东地区的飚车手之间渐渐流传起了一个传闻，在Internet上出现了一个由群马的飚车手所建立的网站，向整个关东地区征集对手并扬言要达成关东最速计划，甚至还十分专业地把赛道等资料罗列出来，该网站也就是那个车队的名字叫做ProjectD！枥木县S市SEVEANSTARS车队便是D计划远征的第一站。末次澈是SEVEANSTARS下山道最快的车手，也是个非常有趣的人。为了备战他特意向女友借钱购置新轮胎，结果女友生气地警告他如果输了的话就要放弃赛车，为两人的将来好好做打算。终于到了周末，出现在末次他们眼前的是黑白相间的86、黄色的FD以及一台印着ProjectD的白色面包车……
剧情：

A company that produces a toxic chemical tries to improve its image via a popular spokesperson, Ricky Coogan. Ricky travels to South America to get a first-hand look at the chemical's effects and finds himself at a mutant freak farm.
